When a turn on signal or a turn off signal is input from a receiving unit to a controller, the controller outputs the turn on signal or the turn off signal to a voltage setting unit. When the turn off signal is input, the voltage setting unit sets an upper limit value of the voltage Vout supplied from the power source circuit to the LED module to a switching upper limit value lower than the lighting upper limit value.
