PURPOSE: A solar heat collecting device is provided to irradiate the inside of a heat collector with sunlight which is collected by a first and a second collecting lens, thereby minimizing reflectivity of sunlight and gathering most of solar heat which is included in the sunlight inside the heat collector. CONSTITUTION: A solar heat collecting device includes a heat collector (110), a first collecting lens unit (120), a second collecting lens unit (160), a reflection unit, and a supporting body (140). The heat collector accommodates a thermal medium which flows in and out. The first collecting lens unit collects sunlight to directly heat the thermal medium by using solar heat which is included in the sunlight, and irradiates the inside of the heat collector with the sunlight. The reflection unit is built in the heat collector, and distributes the sunlight which is irradiated by the first collecting lens unit. The supporting body is mounted on the heat collector to be rotatable. The second collecting lens unit is installed on the outside of the heat collector so that the sunlight is collected in the first collecting lens unit.
