[Problem] To provide cooling clothing having a good cooling effect in which water can be resupplied to water absorbing material for cooling a human body with the heat of evaporation while being continually worn even during outside work under the boiling sun of midsummer and in a high temperature environments such as the proximity of an incinerating furnace and firefighting work. Also, to provide a wearable implement such as a similar cooling cover that cools the head and the like. [Solution] Water absorbing material (11) provided in a planar shape over the substantially entire surface of a front side surface of cooling clothing (10) is layered with an intermediate cloth (12) having air permeability and a waterproof material or sheet (13), which is waterproof, so as to be sandwiched and wrapped therewith. By sewing or by sealing and joining the intermediate cloth (12) and waterproof cloth or sheet (13), waterproof water dividers (16) having length in the horizontal direction are provided at a suitable inclined angle in a plurality of locations.
