PURPOSE: A ceramic coating composition and a coated product are provided to environmentally-friendly improve the heat resistance property of a coating film and suppress the occurrence of discoloration in the coating film by comprising ceramic powder and a silicon binder without an organic resin. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic coating composition comprises a silicon binder, ceramic powder, and a solvent having 130°C or more boiling point. The silicon binder is a liquid silicon binder containing a reformed silicon fluid. The ceramic powder is at least one selected among glass frit, pearl, mica, molten silica, titanium dioxide, and an inorganic coloring pigment. The content of the ceramic powder is 30-90 weight% based on the entire content of the ceramic coating composition. The content of the silicon binder and the solvent is 10-70 weight% based on the entire content of the ceramic coating composition. The weight ratio of the silicon binder and the solvent is 30:70-90:10.
