PURPOSE: A moving ball conveyor is provided to have an effect capable of exercising without being restricted by directionality because an effect of moving at the same place is obtained. CONSTITUTION: A moving ball conveyer includes a ball which is installed to be adjacent to a buffering part, is possible to be attached and detached to the buffering part, and is rotated by a kinetic energy which is generated by a movement of a user and a kinetic energy which is generated by a movement of an object; the buffering part which is adjacently installed in the ball or a sensor, helps the rotary motion of the ball, and protects the sensor; the sensor which is adjacently installed in a block and measures the quantity and direction of kinetic energy; the block which accommodates the ball; and an information transmitting unit which is adjacently installed in the block and exchanges or transmits electronic information which is delivered from the sensor to another electronic device or a program.
