PURPOSE: A handset and speaker system using a local area network is provided to perform a speaker function according to a situation while being conveniently and simply used. CONSTITUTION: A speaker controlling unit is included in a frame. A cable connector is included in the frame. The frame includes a motion sensor (30), a communications unit (20), a control unit (40) and a processing unit (45). The processing unit receives a first mode signal or a second mode signal outputted from the control unit. The processing unit performs a function according to a received signal.
