Transdermal therapeutic system comprises active ingredient reservoir layer which contains at least one carbamate cholinesterase inhibitor as active ingredient, at least one polyacrylate polymer with free carboxyl groups and at least one polyacrylate polymer with quaternary ammonia groups, and silicone-free adhesive layer comprising at least one polyacrylate with free hydroxyl groups, where active ingredient reservoir layer does not contain an antioxidant.
