The fastening tool (10) has a sleeve (26) with a threaded front portion (28) in a driving direction (22). The threaded front portion is screwed with a thread (24) of a fastening element (16) for holding and positioning the fastening element. The sleeve has an insertion unit (30), through which the fastening tool is placed on an anchoring base (14). The fastening element is partially or completely disposed within a bore (12) in a predetermined position. An impact bolt (32a) is arranged within the sleeve in an axially movable manner. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for setting a drill hammer using a driving tool; and (2) a method for assembling a fastening tool.
