PURPOSE: A dutch coffee extracting device is provided to control a taste and a smell of coffee variously according to a taste of consumers by controlling a water drip amount falling down from a water tank to a coffee bean minutely. CONSTITUTION: A dutch coffee extracting device comprises a water tank (10) of an encapsulated type, a first packing stopper (12), a drip pot (14), and a drip control valve (15). The water tank has a gateway (10a). The first packing stopper is sealed the water tank tightly by being assembled in the gateway. One end of the drip pot combines with the first packing stopper into one body. The drip control valve is equipped in a center of the drip pot, and controls a water drip amount falling down from the water tank to a coffee beans tank (20) minutely. |
