PURPOSE: A nozzle structure for adsorbing and desorbing a filler loading device is provided to facilitate desorption of a filler closely attached to a vacuum pad by forming the vacuum pad coupled and fixed at the bottom of a nozzle body with a ceramic material facilitating to prevent static electricity and adsorption. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle structure for adsorbing and desorbing a filler loading device comprises a pad holder(10), a nozzle body(20), an ejector pin(30), a supporting nut(40), and a vacuum pad(60). The pad holder is vertically fixed at the bottom of a loading device and a through-hole(11) is formed at the center in a vertical direction. The nozzle body is vertically coupled and fixed at the bottom of the pad holder to be projected and a through-hole(21) is formed at the center in a vertical direction. The ejector pin is vertically coupled within the nozzle body to be selectively projected to a downward direction and a pin part(32) is formed at the bottom. The supporting nut is coupled and fixed within the nozzle body to accommodate the ejector pin. The ejector pin is vertically and slidingly moved in the supporting nut. The vacuum pad is inserted into the lower inner part of the through-hole of the nozzle body to cover the pin part of the ejector pin. |
