<p>A Splicing ring for tubular high-pressure fluid conduits. The splicing ring has an inner metal ring formed by two independent and identical band halves1,1a the side edges 2 of which are folded downwards in a right angle. The side edges have positioning and retaining elements of an O-ring 3 having a characteristic shape and profile, which rests upon the ends of the tubular high-pressure fluid conduits 4,4a to be spliced. The edges of the O-ring may be protected by metal bands 5.</p> |
