<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding tool having a simple constitution, capable of freely branching electric wires, wire harnesses or optical fibers etc., as a wire component housed in a corrugated tube in the desired directions. <P>SOLUTION: The holding tool includes a body 20 for holding a corrugated tube 40 allowing an electric wire bundle 50 as a trunk line to be inserted therethrough; a branch wire lead-out portion 26 formed by opening one part of the body 20 and leading out some electric wires 50A configuring the electric wire bundle 50 as branch wires; and coupling portions 28, 29 provided so as to protrude from the opening end of the branch wire lead-out portion 26 toward the outside of the body 20, and bendable and/or twistable in an arbitrary direction for the body 20.
