Rotation direction indicator

The indicator (5) has an inflow element (25) movable between two positions and arranged at an electric motor (10) such that the element lies in an air flow of a ventilator (15) whose direction depends upon a rotation direction of the motor. An indicating unit (35) is designed for visual indication of position of the inflow element and arranged at outer side of the motor. An indicator adjustment unit (30) is connected with the indicating unit and the inflow element, and transmits the position of the inflow element to the indicating unit. An independent claim is also included for an electric motor with a ventilator.
