PURPOSE: An electromagnetic wave cut-off device is provided to block electromagnetic wave converting a power unit, with low strength of an input signal among entry side power units of AC power, into a ground connected state based on changes of electromagnetic wave amount generated from the entry side of the AC power according to a grounding state of the AC power. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic wave cut-off device comprises a first switch (30), a second switch (40), a third switch (30,40,50) and a microcomputer (10). The first switch connects one end to a power unit of a commercial AC power. The second switch connects one end to the other power unit of the commercial AC power. The third switch connects each ends to the other ends of the first switch or the second switch and the other ends are connected to a wire of an electric heater or a metal plate. The microcomputer is connected to the other end of the first switch and the second switch and controls the first switch, the second switch or the third switch selectively switching on.
