<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ideally spray a chemical agent to a web, thereby improving yield, economy, and production efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The spray device that sprays a chemical agent to a web includes: a spray chamber 1 where only the entrance 11 of a web 2 carried out from a roll product communicates with an outside; a first sprayer 12 that is provided inside the spray chamber 1 and sprays a moisturizer 3 to the web 2; a second sprayer 13 that is provided separately from the first sprayer 12 and sprays the moisturizer 3 to the web 2; and a piping 4 that is installed so as to enclose the spray chamber 1 with a lower surface opening 14 of the spray chamber 1 as an inlet and the upper surface opening 15 of a ceiling surface as an outlet; wherein among the moisturizers 3 sprayed from the first sprayer 12 and second sprayer 13 by the piping 4, a surplus of the moisturizers 3 that is not adhered to the web 2 is recovered by providing a vacuum pump 5 and is sent to the second sprayer 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
