Class 8(2) Swarf is removed from a blind hole by. compressed air from a nozzle 6 extending almost to the bottom of the hole and having adequate clearance thereabout and is then conveyed to a receptacle 1 through a conduit 9 having a grammet 8 sealingly engaging the periphery of the hole. The compressed air supply is controlled by a trigger actuated valve 4, and excess air is vented through an orifice 22 in a detachable lid 16 held by a yoke 17.</p> |
