A system for acquiring the real-time location information of plural persons and a method for acquiring the real-time location information of the plural persons are provided to acquire and store the location information of plural persons which are in the room for a conference, thereby identifying persons taking each seat and acquiring information about the motion of each person. A plurality of infrared LEDs(Light Emitting Diodes)(100) are given to each person and have each different flickering waveform. A plurality of cameras(106) has an infrared filter, performs infrared photographing, photographs the plurality of infrared LEDs, and transmits screen information to a computer(108). The computer stores a DB about the flickering waveform of the infrared LEDs, processes the screen information transmitted from the cameras, determines the 3D(Three-Dimensional) location of the infrared LEDs in the photographed screen, compares the flickering waveform of the photographed each LED with stored flickering waveforms, identifies infrared LEDs in the photographed screen, and stores information about the 3D location of the identified infrared LEDs. |
