PURPOSE: A special purpose vehicle is provided to minimize vehicle fuel consumption for charging a battering and to reduce charging time by selectively supplying the rotation power of a power blowdown shaft of a transmission and the rotation power of a propeller shaft to one generator. CONSTITUTION: A special purpose vehicle (400) comprises a vehicle body (100) and a multi charge device (200). The vehicle body comprises an engine (110), a transmission (120), a propeller shaft (130), and a vehicle control unit (140). The multi charge device converts at least one of the first rotation power of the propeller shaft and the second rotation power of a power blowndown shaft (125) into electricity energy and charges a battery (230). The multi charge device comprises a composite generator (210), a clutch (220), and the battery.
