PURPOSE: A drug injection device is provided to simplify a needle operating structure, thereby miniaturizing and lightening the drug injection device. CONSTITUTION: A drug injection device includes a needle part (20) which injects a drug, a electromagnet driving unit (30) which is aligned with the needle part on the same axis to operate the needle part back and forth, an electrical operation unit (40) which is aligned between the needle part and the electromagnetic driving unit on the same axis, and a power unit which is connected to the electromagnet driving unit to supply electricity to the electromagnet.
