PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition by sonication is provided to ensure antioxidation and anti-inflammation effects such as removal of lipoxygenase and hyaluronidase activities and free radical, to treat skin trouble, and to improve cell proliferation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for antioxidation and atopy treatment contains extracts of bluberry, black berry, asai berry, raspberry, bilberry, cranberry, black chokeberry, juniper berry, soapberry, and strawberry as active ingredients, which are prepared under the presence of a mixture solvent of water, ethanol, and 1,3-butylene glycol by sonication extraction at 20-60 KHz and 100-700 watt. A method for preparing the extracts comprises: a step of mixing bluberry, black berry, asai berry, raspberry, bilberry, cranberry, black chokeberry, juniper berry, soapberry, and strawberry with the mixture solvent; a step of precipitating at 4-50 deg. C for 1-24 hours; and a step of putting the mixture into an extraction machine and performing sonication.
