PURPOSE: A mold freezing removing method is provided to remove freezing generated on a mold or a surface of a reinforcing bar arranged on the mold due to low temperature by injecting vapor. CONSTITUTION: A high pressure boiler (20), an oil tank (60), make-up water (40), and a pump are fixed in a meshed casing (10). The meshed casing is lifted by a crane and is arranged by being closely located to the frozen mold. An opening door (10a) of the meshed casing is opened so that the high pressure boiler is individually connected to a connection hose, a hose connection divergence unit, and a trigger sprayer. A power source is turned on in order to drive the high pressure boiler and the pump. A water supply valve and a spray valve are opened, and each valve is operated in order to supply the make-up water to the high pressure boiler. The trigger spray is closely attached to a frozen part of the surface of the mold and a reinforcing bar and removes the freezing by spraying the vapor. The mold and the reinforcing bar are wrapped by a heat insulating material in order to keep warm. Concrete is place on the mold after the heat insulation material of the mold and the reinforcing bar are removed, and the concrete is cured by wrapping the concrete with a curing fabric and blocking external air.
