<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical diagnosis support system that allows a doctor to further improve the throughput of clinical examination as well as to improve the quality of clinical examination by enjoying the advantage of using an electronic medical record as well as enjoying the advantage of using a paper medical record. <P>SOLUTION: An information terminal comprises: a character-figure recognition unit for recognizing a character and a figure in a content written by hand in a medical record; an electronic medical record operation unit for operating information recorded on an electronic medical record EK1; and medical record creating means for creating the electronic medical record EK1 based on contents added or deleted by the character-figure recognition unit and the electronic medical record operation unit. The electronic medical record operation unit comprises: pasting means for receiving an instruction to paste the electronic medical record EK1 of patient information into a paste region; and second determination means for reserving the paste of the patient information into the paste region if the patient information has not been acquired yet when confirmation means confirms the presence or absence of the acquisition of the patient information upon receiving a signal from the pasting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
