PURPOSE: A recycled asphalt concrete manufacturing device is provided to smoothly feed waste asphalt concrete without agglomerating and to effectively mix the raw materials of an emulsifier with water without a separate emulsifier mixing tank. CONSTITUTION: A recycled asphalt concrete manufacturing device comprises a waste asphalt concrete feeding unit (10), a mixing unit, and an emulsifier feeding unit. The waste asphalt concrete feeding unit comprises a waste asphalt concrete storage hopper (100), a rotary shaft (130), a stirring blade (140), and a driving unit. The rotary shaft passes through the inside of the waste asphalt concrete storage hopper. The stirring blade is joined to a part of the rotary shaft inside the waste asphalt concrete storage hopper. |
