PURPOSE: An emulsified asphalt pump and an emulsified asphalt feeder including the same are provided to prevent the malfunction of a pump due to the coagulation of emulsified asphalt by sufficiently heating the emulsified asphalt which passing through a pump housing. CONSTITUTION: An emulsified asphalt pump (130) comprises a pump housing and a heating unit (10). The heating unit heats emulsified asphalt which passes through the pump housing. The heating unit comprises a heating chamber (12), a heating member (13), and a temperature sensor. The heating chamber accepts thermal oil inside and is mounted with the heating member to generate heat. The temperature sensor senses the temperature of the thermal oil. Electric power is applied to the heating member according to the temperature.
