PURPOSE: A cover forming method of a sun visor for a vehicle including improved bonding wire is provided to include safe effects without injury and to obtain an aesthetic exterior by not forming the bonding wire in a part in which a sheet is folding due to heat melting. CONSTITUTION: A cover forming method of a sun visor for a vehicle comprises as fallows. A sheet (10) is arranged in a lower mold (20) so that a first section (11) of the sheet is located in the upper part of the lower mold. A pad (3) which is a frame of the sun visor is arranged in the upper part of the first section arranged in the lower mold. A second section (13) of the sheet is overlapped on the upper part of the pad after the sheet is folded. An upper mold is dropped and is connected to the lower mold. The first and second sections vertically overlapped in an edge part of the pad except for the rear edge of the pad are bonded.
