PURPOSE: A ground surface change sensing device is provided to utilize a mesh instead of a pile capable of sensing only the movement of the ground surface in a narrow area, thereby monitoring the movement of the ground surface in a wide area. CONSTITUTION: A ground surface change sensing device comprises a sensing unit (10), a control unit, a notification unit (30), and a power unit (40). The sensing unit senses changes in the ground surface. The control unit controls the operation of a monitoring device and analyzes a sensed value by receiving the same from the sensing unit. The notification notifies the change of the ground surface according to the analysis result of the control unit. The power unit supplies power for operating the monitoring device. The sensing unit includes the followings: one or more meshes buried in the ground surface for measuring the change of the ground surface; and an extension sensor (10) which is connected to each sensor and senses the existence of the movement of the meshes.
