METHOD OF OPTICALLY STIMULATED LUMINESCENCE DOSIMETER MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A photostimulated luminescence material is provided to be used as an ideal radiometric analyzer by directly reacting with neutrons using poly-crystals containing lithium elements. CONSTITUTION: A production method of a photostimulated luminescence material comprises the following steps: maintaining lithium aluminate (LiAlO 2) in a molten state for the predetermined time; controlling the cooling speed of the molten lithium aluminate to form polycrystalline lithium aluminate; and heat processing the obtained polycrystalline lithium aluminate. The molten state maintaining step includes: a step of maintaining the temperature of the molten lithium aluminate at a melting temperature; a step of contacting the molten surface of the molten lithium aluminate with seed crystal; and a step of cooling the molten lithium aluminate to cool the molten lithium aluminate to a predetermined temperature.
