PURPOSE: A cosmetic apparatus is provided to operate a vibrator by drawing of a puff member, thereby conveniently and efficiently use various cosmetics. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic apparatus (100) which has a drawable vibration pump comprises a case (10) which has a cylindrical shape and has a front end capable of being opened or closed by a rid; a handle (20) which is installed in the rear end of the case, and has a gripping groove (21) thereby rotating forward and backward; a housing which rotates by rotation of a handle by being installed inside the case; an operation pipe which is coupled to the inside of the housing and moves forward and backward, toward the front end of the case, and is coupled to the inside of the housing; a vibrator which is coupled to the operation pipe and generate vibrations, with a vibrator; and a puff member (70) which is coupled to the front end of the vibrator, and spreads cosmetics on skin by vibration due to the vibrator. |
