PURPOSE: A turbulence contact type drying device is provided to rapidly dry plenty of waste having high water content by effectively evaporating moisture from the waste. CONSTITUTION: A turbulence contact type drying device comprises a drying chamber (10), a heat supplying chamber, two lower screws, and two upper screws. The drying chamber comprises a liquid containing target introducing unit, a dried target discharging unit, and a moisture containing air exhausting unit. A central protruded unit (14) is protruded from the bottom of the drying chamber and longitudinally divides the drying chamber between the two lower screws. The heat supplying chamber surrounds at least the outer lower side of the drying chamber. The lower and upper screws are longitudinally installed in the inner lower area of the drying chamber.
