PURPOSE: Anti-reflection coating film and manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent distortion due to color or reflection and to improve readability not only in the inside but also in the outside. CONSTITUTION: An anti-reflection coating film includes a substrate (10) and an anti-reflection layer. The anti-reflection layer is formed by alternating and laminating a plurality of high refractive index layers (20) or a plurality of low refractive index layers (30). A first high refractive index layer (20a) is formed on the substrate and a first low refractive index layer (30a) is formed on the first high refractive index layer. A second high refractive index layer (20b) is formed on the first low refractive index layer and a second low refractive index layer (30b) is formed on the second high refractive index layer. A third high refractive index layer (20c) is formed on the second low refractive index layer and a third low refractive index layer (30c) is formed on the third high refractive index layer.
