PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urethane resin composition containing an urethane resin to be cured by irradiation with active energy beams, the resin being excellent in close adhesion with adherends and in water resistance after cured. SOLUTION: The urethane resin composition contains an urethane resin to be cured by irradiation with active energy beams. The resin is prepared by at least reacting a polyisocyanate with a polyethylene glycol derivative having an ethylene bond-containing group at its one end and with a (meth)acrylic acid ester containing at least one hydroxyl group.
