PURPOSE: A method for processing cast nylon scraps is provided to produce products having similar mechanical properties to the cast nylon, but no having bubbles using the cast nylon scraps. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing cast nylon scraps is as follows: a step of obtaining the scraps by cutting the bubble-containing portions of cast nylon; a step of cleaning and drying the scraps; a step of pulverizing the dried scraps; a step of sorting the pulverized scraps according to particle sizes; a step of obtaining a mixture by mixing an additive to the sorted scraps; a step of forming a molded product using the mixture; a step of melting and cooling the molded product; and a step of annealing the molded product.
