PURPOSE: A high-efficient gas dissolving apparatus for generating micro bubbles is provided to favorably maintain the property of a micro bubble generating device by linearly attaching a gas dissolving device to the rear end of the micro bubble generating device. CONSTITUTION: A high-efficient gas dissolving apparatus (1) for generating micro bubbles comprises a micro bubble generating device (100) and a gas dissolving device (200). The micro bubble generating device spirally mixes water pressurized by a pump and gas introduced through a gas intake port (120) to generate micro bubbles. The gas dissolving device is connected to the rear end of the micro bubble generating device and comprises a gas dissolving furnace (210) and one or more gas mixing units (220).
