摘要 The method involves providing the laser beam (7) with a diameter (d) of 300 to 400 micrometer, and especially 350 micrometer. The laser power of between 80 and 120 watts is used, and the mass feed rate is between 360 mg/min and 450 mg/min, and especially 380 mg/min. The distance between the substrate (10) and laser (4) is up to 450 mm/min to 550 mm/min, especially 500 mm/min. The substrate is shifted by an amount of laser of 200 to 250 micrometer in weld layer plane, to produce a directly adjacent welding path. Several juxtaposed tracks are arranged to provide a fusion weld layer.
