The liquid filter (1) has a filter housing cover (7) made from plastic, which contains a receiving chamber (3) for a ring filter element (4) for filtering a liquid, where the ring filter element is inserted in the receiving chamber. The electrical lines (8) and a water level sensor (6) are partially embedded in the plastic of the filter housing cover and are molded with the plastic of the filter housing cover. An electrical function element (10) is electrically coupled over a coupling point (9). The function element is formed as heating unit, a pressure sensor or a temperature sensor. |
