PURPOSE: A LED fluorescent lamp driving device which drives by being connected to a fluorescent lamp stabilizer and a LED fluorescent lamp including the same are provided to lengthen the lifetime of the stabilizer by reducing power consumption without a change of a frequency. CONSTITUTION: A bridge rectification circuit block (1) comprises four diodes (D1-D4) and a condenser (C1). A condenser for frequency correction (C2) corrects an oscillation frequency of an electronic stabilizer. The condenser for frequency correction is positioned between a b' terminal and a c' terminal. A switching type current limiting circuit block (3) is serially connected to a LED matrix array (B2). A drive power circuit block (2) is respectively connected to the bridge rectification circuit block and the switching type current limiting circuit block. |
