PURPOSE: A noise influence decreasing method and a touch detection device are provided to drive a touch panel by using various frequencies which are spread in a constant band, thereby reducing noise influence when noise with a specific frequency is generated. CONSTITUTION: A signal source (300) generates a variable frequency signal which is changed from a start frequency to an end frequency. A touch panel includes driving electrodes (140) and sensing electrodes (120). When the variable frequency signal is applied to any driving electrode, a sensing electrode outputs a touch signal which is modulated by using the variable frequency signal. A signal conversion unit (200) converts a voltage signal by receiving the modulated touch signal. A demodulation unit (500) demodulates a signal which is outputted in the signal conversion unit by using the variable frequency signal. An accumulation unit (600) detects a touch coordinate by accumulating the signal outputted in the demodulation unit.
