A method for preparing concentrated powder of cervi cornus colla is provided to supply a fine powder of cervi cornus colla which includes a specific color and a taste and does not loss a high nutritive value. A method for preparing concentrated powder of cervi cornus colla comprises the following steps. The cervi cornus colla is cut and washed for 72 hours(i). The washed cervi cornus colla is extracted at a temperature of 85°C for 4-5 days and filtered with a 80 mesh net(ii). The filtered cervi cornus colla is concentrated at a temperature of 30-65°C in a vacuum state and cooled down(iii). The cooled cervi cornus colla extract is quickly frozen at -86°C and freeze-dried(iv). The freeze-dried cervi cornus colla extract is pulverized with a particle size of 0.04-0.3mm(v). |
