PURPOSE: A Helmholtz resonance type tailpipe for construction machinery is provided to allow exhaust gas to flow in a cavity between a body and an outer wall through a flow hole, thereby removing noise at a certain frequency band from exhaust noise using a Helmholtz resonator. CONSTITUTION: A Helmholtz resonance type tailpipe for construction machinery includes a body (10), an outer wall (20), and a flow hole (30). An inlet (11) is formed at one end of the body, and an outlet (12) is formed at the other end of the body. The outer wall is adjacent to the inlet, and forms a cavity (21) at the outer periphery of the body. The flow hole is connected to the body inside the outer wall through the cavity. The outer wall is shaped into a horn of which the diameter becomes larger downwards.
