PURPOSE: A floor frame with a rail joist and a construction method thereof are provided to maintain clean indoor environment by preventing foreign materials from flowing into the gap between floor board members. CONSTITUTION: A floor frame with a rail joist comprises a rail joist(220), an absorbing member(230), a height adjusting member(240), and a rubber pad(270). The rail joist has a floor board member and a movable joist(210). The absorbing member is formed on the bottom of the rail joist and absorbs vibration and shock. The height adjusting member is coupled to the absorbing member and adjusts the height of the rail joist. The rubber pad is placed on a concrete floor and is coupled to the height adjusting member. |
