<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically detect the set position of RF coil. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus includes a plurality of sockets 63 for fixing the set position of the RF coil unit 6 removable to and from the top plate 51 for placing a subject P as an imaging object in two or more positions.
