The invention provides a crystal oscillator equipped with a layout structure aiming at a miniaturization size, at least comprising a platform possessing first and second grooves, a plurality of internal leads arranged in the interior of the platform, a crystal oscillation integrated circuit connected with the internal leads and a plurality of patterned circuits arranged in the first groove, wherein the electrical connecting points of the patterned circuits are symmetrically concentrated in the center of the first groove from exterior, so that the first groove can have enough layout area, and the patterns at the other ends of patterned electrical units can be expanded to maximization to solve the problem that the package and test qualified rate are bad when the conventional crystal oscillator layout is carried out miniaturization. In addition, the crystal oscillator equipped with the layout structure aiming at the miniaturization size of the invention enables the relative distance of the crystal oscillator integrated circuit pins to be shortened, and for a platform needing flip chip, the parallelism demand of the platform can also be reduced. |
