PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information apparatus for measuring the size of an imaging object by using a camera function. SOLUTION: The portable information apparatus is provided with: an imaging means for freely setting a zoom magnification for imaging; a preparation means for preparing a scale image showing a length; and a display means for superimposing a picked-up image imaged by the imaging means on the scale image 51 prepared by the preparation means.
