PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat with an alarm function, sufficiently transmitting vibration of vibrating elements to a seated person when emitting an alarm and securing riding comfort when not emitting an alarm. SOLUTION: The vibrating elements 30, 32 are incorporated in the seat to be movable between an alarm position with a space to a seat surface 24 relatively close to the seat surface 24, and a receded position relatively away from the seat surface 24. The vibrating elements 30, 32 are moved by a movement driving mechanism 40 capable of moving the vibrating elements 30, 32 between the alarm position and the receded position. The movement driving mechanism 40 moves the vibrating elements 30, 32 to the receded position when an alarm is not emitted to the seated person and moving the vibrating elements 30, 32 to the alarm position when emitting an alarm to the seated person.
