PURPOSE: A lighting unit and a lighting device are provided to prevent the lowering of visibility by external light including sunlight, and to reduce wind pressure by wind. CONSTITUTION: A lighting unit(1100) comprises a light-emitting body(1110), a body frame(1120), and a shading plate(1130). The light-emitting body outputs light. The body frame is formed in a bar shape. Multiple light-emitting bodies are installed in a longitudinal direction of the body frame. The shading plate is arranged on the top of the body frame and blocks external light. |
