摘要 PURPOSE: A hot stamping manufacturing method of a boron steel sheet welded with a laser is provided to avoid breakage of a welding unit by molding the boron steel sheet in 650-700 degrees in order to maintain soundness of the welding unit. CONSTITUTION: A hot stamping manufacturing method of a boron steel sheet welded with a laser comprises a preparation step(S100) in which a different kind of blank materials in order to manufacture components in which different strength is locally needed; a welding step(S200) in which a different kind of the blank materials is connected; a heating step(S300) in which the blank materials are heated; and a hot stamping step(S400) in which the heated blank materials are molded in 650-700 degrees. One of the blank materials is the boron steel sheet. The welding in the welding step is laser welding. A laser source includes a YAG laser source, and an output of a laser beam is 3 kW. The laser source and blank materials are perpendicularly irradiated. A laser welding speed in the laser welding is 4.0 m / min. The protective gas sprayed around the welding unit is helium and a spraying speed is 20 l / min.
