PURPOSE: A haptic matrix with a driver fiber and a manufacturing method are provided to express a delicate 3D effect, thereby supplying the sense of reality to a smartphone or various mobile devices. CONSTITUTION: Haptic cell electrode panels (130) are arranged on a base sheet with a lattice shape. Source data line electrodes (120) are formed on the base sheet. An electrowetting insulating layer (140) is formed on the haptic cell electrode panels and exposes a part of an electrode. Haptic cells are formed on the electrowetting insulating layer with cell diaphragms which are divided into an adhesive material for the sealing. A driver fiber is arranged with a data line electrode in a valley between the cell diaphragms of an electrowetting cell arrangement sheet.
