PURPOSE: An exercise apparatus for entire body is provided to improve flexibility of a user, particularly, flexibility in a horizontal direction, strengthen muscles related to articulation exercise and grasping power, and improve sense of balance by actively stimulating three semicircular canals. CONSTITUTION: An exercise apparatus for entire body comprises a base (1) which is fixed on a floor in an installation space, a column (2) of which the bottom is fixed on the top of the base; an arm (3) of which one end is combined to the top of the column and which is installed to a certain height; a connection part (4) which is combined to the other end of the arm; a support member (5) of which one end is connected to the connection part; and a handle (6) which is connected to the other end of the support member. The exercise apparatus further comprises a central disc (7) which is installed at a floor with a perpendicular lower part of the support member at the center.
