PURPOSE: A mixing head for foaming polyurethane using ultrasonic wave is provided to manufacture the cross section of a foam to be dense through a mold by micronizing and uniformizing bubbles according to the mixture of a foaming agent and a foaming material with the oscillating waves generated from an ultrasonic generator. CONSTITUTION: A mixing head for foaming polyurethane using ultrasonic wave comprises a head body (10), a piston cylinder, and a supply controller. For injecting a foaming material and a raw material, nozzles (N1,N2) are installed in a hole (12) for supplying the raw material and a hole (14) for supplying the foaming material of the head body. An ultrasonic generator (40) is formed for uniform mixture and uniform density of the raw material and the foaming material by generating ultrasonic vibration in a central point where the hole for supplying the raw material and the hole for supplying the foaming material meet. A vibrator is formed inside the ultrasonic generator. A booster generates ultrasonic wave with a wavelength of 28 kHz by being installed to operate the vibrator and allows the raw material and the foaming material to be mixed in the central point.
