A EFFECTIVE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR WIRELESS NETWORKS UNDER THE CLOUD COMPUTING ENVIRONMENT

PURPOSE: A cloud based wireless network resource managing system which is effective in a cloud computing environment is provided to process a handover between heterogeneous wireless networks about a mobile terminal in a mobile communications service system consisting of multiple heterogeneous wireless networks. CONSTITUTION: A local radio resource management (LRRM) server (30) is connected to a common radio resource management (CRRM) server. The LRRM server is installed in each of heterogeneous wireless networks. The LRRM server transmits state information of a wireless network to the CRRM server. The CRRM server recognizes congestion of the wireless network using the state information of the wireless network. The CRRM server performs a handover between the heterogeneous wireless networks about the mobile terminal.
